Alcohol: 47%
Characteristics: Producet with following botanicals: Juniper, ginger, cardamom, cloves, lemon balm, coriander, lavender, orange peel and lemon peel.
Flavour: In the nose fruity.
Taste: At the palate tasty with floral notes.
Finish: The finish is characterized by citrus and lavender.
Special: Produced with the help of a copper still from the 1930s in the small batch method - 180 bottles of Dry Gin per batch.
Drink recommendation: Pure without ice as gin & tonic e.g. Fever Tree, Thomas Henry or Ghents. The first both tonic leave the main stage to the gin, while Ghent's tonic contributes a note of its own. Too dominant tonic water is suitable rather less, since the drink appears dominantly and aromatically with an alcoholic content of 47%.
