Colour: Shining lemon yellow with easy silverly reflexes the wine shows itself clearly and shinilyin the glass.
Flavour: Aromatic and expressive is the motto of this Albarino from the Rias Baixas, the wine has spent 6 months on the fine yeast ahead of the filling. On one hand exotically and fruit loaded reminds of papaya and Lychee as well as Galia melon and ripe banana. On the other hand it has soft and enriching vegetable flavours of white and green asparagus, cress and sorrel. Moreover, this inviting yeasty smell comes from brioche, toast and biscuit dough.

Taste: At the palate the 2017 Albarino Lias Finas from Attis mates its extrovert tropical fruit opulence with peppery seasoning and the salinity of the sprayfoaming, coastal air of the Atlantic. A broad-shouldered, juicy and ripe fruit is carried by a fine-meshed density through the oral cavity and gives the wine substance without unnecessary heaviness and a transmitting balance with the help of his coherent acid full of energy.
Drink recommendation: Potato croquettes with cheese filling and sauce Rouille (vegetarian); Poached cod with leafyspinach and Jerusalem artichoke horseradish risotto; Turkey beef olive with filled vine leafs, yellow peppers and lamb's lettuce.
