1874 became this unique southern state liqueur created by the 24-year-old barman Martin Wilkes Heron in New Orleans when he refined Whiskey with fruits and spices (like peach, orange, cinnamon and vanilla). Certainly today Southern Comfort is produced after strictly secret formula and enjoys worldwide popularity.
