Since 1999 the distillery SLYRS produced the first and only upper Bavarian Single Malt Whisky in the classic rough and fine distillation method.
The whisky made of barley malt and mountain spring water is distilled 2 foldly in the pot Still method and is stored in new barrels made of American white oak with 225 liter content.
