The Whiskey was named referring to Ciaran Mulgrew's father, John Mulgrew, a bar tender, who worked more than 50 years in bars around Belfast. He saw many things and heard many stories. But like all good bar tenders he retold nothing of all this. “The Quiet Man” or as they say in the Irish … “An Fear Ciuin”.
