The CIDE wine producer was founded in 1974 and stands as synonymous since then for producer of first-class, typical sparkling wines in the Veneto. Unlike many other sparkling wine producers the wine producer Cide can without exception go back to grape material of its own for the production of its vintage wines and sparkling wines. So the high quality is already checked and guaranteed by the work in the vineyard.

The vineyards are located in the "Marc Trevigiana" hills. The proximity of the two big rivers Tagliamento and Piave dispose a very favourable microclimate. Together with the altitude and the mainly pebble holding grounds grapes of best concentration and minerality ripen.
