Description: In the nose flavour highlights from bittersweet cherries and fresh herbs. He shows a seductive suppleness at the palate with great wealth and warmth, combined with tasty but also juicy notes.

Vinification:
A Cuvée from Assmannshäuser top positions (from some of the oldest vineyards of the wine-growing estate) with up to 80 year old shoots. After the hand harvest the grapes became selected again. Every single plot was vinted individually, the wines get assembled only shortly before the bottling. The "Cuvée Max" became barrique improved in the 1792 built vault cellars.
