| Characteristics | This whisky made of 100% maize, distilled 2-foldly in column stil, stands out due to a harmony of notes after sweet port, dried fruits, vanilla and toffee. The maturation in warehouses with uncontrolled ambient and the extreme differences in temperature between summer and winter provide a very special ageing process. |

Recipe suggestion:
Pike Fashioned
6 cl Pike Creek
1 cl maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir all ingredients on ice for a long time and then givie into a tumble glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a citrus zest.
