| Taste: | The beginning approvals of gentle peat smoke get more and more dominant. Sweet smoky toffee-/ caramel notes, a trace of cracked black pepper, malted barley and the soft sweetness of fudges. |
| Finish: | The smoky character evaporates slowly like early morning mist and leaves a lastingly soft vanilla note. |

Penderyn Distillery is the only distillery in Wales and one of the smallest distilleries in the whole world. The name comes from the old Welsh village, located at the foothills of the Brecon Beacons mountain range.
