The 6-line barley which is used for Paul John's production thrives in colder weather and is reaped with a perfect maturity in summer. The weather in Goa is ideal for the whisky production. The single malt matures considerably faster and more intensively and it wins at an annual angel share between 10 and 12% an infinitely fascinating complexity very fast.
