The grapes for this vintage sparkling wine are from hillside locations around the municipalities of Edenkoben and Rhodt. The harvest was carried out consciously very early to ensure the necessary freshness and acid.
The BRUT was produced in the bottle fermenting method and lay (depending on rank) for at least 10 months on the yeast.
