Quintessentia Amaro is part of the wide-branched group of the bitter drinks.
A choice of finest alpine herbs is macerated into alcohol in boilers for some weeks.
One calls this method cold statement and produces the best results. It is refined by the addition of ÚE today. In front of the filling the Amaro is stored until the completion for at least 5 years in Limousin, Nevers and second-hand sherry barrels.
