NORK NIGHT
4 cl NORK
1 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
Tonic Water
1 cl Coldbrew coffee
Ice cubes
Prepare Coldbrew coffee on the day before best. Give two to three ice cubes into a tumble-drier and the Korn, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup afterwards. Fill up with Tonic Water, stir. Finally, add the coffee carefully. This creates a light and a dark layer.
NORKlICHT
4 cl NORK
3 cl nature cloudy apple juice
2 splashes lime juice
Tonic Water
1 stick of cinnamon
Ice cubes
Fill a highball glass to 2/3 with ice and starting with NORK, add all other ingredients. Stir and garnish with a stick of cinnamon.
NORK SOUR
5 cl NORK
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
1 egg-white/1 teaspoon of icing sugar
1 shot Angostura Bitter
Ice cubes
Give the ice and all other ingredients into a shaker and mix strongly for about 20 seconds. Then strain into a glass with ice speedily so that a fine foam layer forms on the drink.
Vegan variant: Replace the egg-white by a good teaspoons of icing sugar and shake a little longer.
