More based on the original Xocolatl of the Aztecs as today's chocolate. Mozart Chocolate is won directly from the unadulterated raw materials cocoa and vanilla. A special distillation plant was designed based on a stirring idea from the fundamental research for spirits. The crystal-clear product is won from a pure chocolate macerate with that.
