MOJITO MADNESS: 4,5cl white rum, 3cl Monin syrup green apple, 1,5cl Monin syrup Mojito Mint, 6cl pineapple juice, 6cl mineral water with carbonic acid and 2cl lime juice (pressed freshly) and crushed Ice. Fill the glass with crushed Ice. Put the first four ingredients into it. Then add lime juice and mineral water. Garnishing: Mint branch and apple slice.
