CAIPIRINHA: 6cl Cachaça, 2cl Monin Syrup Lime, 2cl Monin Syrup Cane Sugar and 1/2 lime. Quarter a lime, give it into a tumbler- glass and if necessary express the lime with a mortar. Add the other ingredients and stir well with a bar spoon. Filling up with crushed ice.
