SANGRIA: 12cl red wine, 1cl Monin syrup cherry, 1cl Monin syrup Curacao Triple Sec, 3cl Monin Lime Juice Cordial Mixer and 6cl orange juice. Stir the ingredients in a stirring glass and fill up with soda water. Garnishing: Use fruits.
MARGARITA: 4cl tequila (white), 2cl Monin syrup lime, 3cl syrup Curacao Triple sec and 3cl Sour mix. Mix all ingredients in a blender with much ice, until a lith mass arises. Pour into a Margarita glass.
