The full, meaty Pinot Meunier guarantees the headyness, the Chardonnay delivers the fresh finish and the old reserve wines (approximately 20-30 %) the constancy.
The House Moët & Chandon was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët. The fine champagnes are stored and mature in the vast chalk cellars in Épernay.
