Flavour: At first the bouquet develops with notes of guava and tasty green grapefruit zests which combines with stone fruit flavours of white peaches and nectarines. These are rounded off by flavours of a woody vanilla and easily toasted brioche.
Taste: The grapes have an impressive maturity, fruitiness and depth. The strong impression of resistance surpasses the nuance wealth and a certain sensuality. The strength of the wine is remarkably restrained. The different taste notes - silky, salty, juicy, bitter and iodic - gather in a long aftertaste at the end.
Drinking temperature: 10 - 12 °C
