Flavour: First nuances of fresh, white blossoms develop slowly to more intensive notes of sweet pastries, emphasized by a breath of fresh walnut, hazelnut and rusk. These nuances are accompanied by flavours of fresh, matured fruits as the pear, white peach and nectarine.
Taste: The first impression is harmonious, supple and fluent at the palate. The true structure shows itself following, mellow like Cashmere. The initial sweetness is underlined by notes of pink grapefruit, mandarin and a breath iodine.

The House Moët & Chandon was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët. The fine champagnes are stored and mature in the vast chalk cellars in Épernay.
