Flavour: An unmistakable and calming maturity stands out first. Initial nuances of maturity notes, Calisson and vanilla spread gradually discreetly and fine to more vague, more intensive notes of roasted sesame seed and almonds as well as mocha. Hints of juicy fruits create a warm and quiet atmosphere in addition and remind of a summery orchard full of peaches and apricots. The floral smell of roses and peonies rounds off the radiant ensemble.
Taste: The first impression is inviting, full-bodied and soft like a comprehensive comforting cocoon. After that the silky liquid texture and the controlled intensity of the Pinot Noir lets became appearent. A breath of pink grapefruit underlines the notes of honey and gentle spices. An overall, perfect taste at the same time generous and lively.
