Fruit salad, whether this is produced with fresh or conserved fruits. Some drops of Luxardo maraschino make a dish from this for gourmets. You let the fruit salad go with Luxardo maraschino for some hours and you get a gastronomic masterpiece.

Maraschino Luxardo flambéed bananas: Let 5 soup spoons of sugar run in a flaming pan till it is easily  brown (caramelized). Then add 8 little rolls of butter, the juice of an orange and a shot of Luxardo maraschino. Having boiled slowly until the sauce gets easily creamy.  In the meantime cut 8 bananas lengthwise, put in the sauce and have boiled 3-4 minutes after. Pouring  a second shot of Luxardo maraschino over the bananas and switching on. This is done best that way by one keeping the pan a little sloping, so that the edge gets close to the flames if possible. Giving vanilla ice cream on the plates, put bananas to this and pour the excellent liqueur-sauce over the whole one.

Orange - Ardo: Preparing 30 ml of Luxardo maraschino directly in the tumble-drier with cube ice, filling up with orange juice and garnishing with an orange slice.

The gondolier: Give ice cubes and a little lemon peel in a glass, fill up with two parts of good Scottish whisky and one part Luxardo maraschino.

Luxardo Cuba Libre: 15 ml of Luxardo maraschino + 15 ml of a white rum. Preparing with cube ice directly in the tumble-drier. Filling up with Coke. Garnishing with a twist of lemon.

Maraschino LUXARDO, today still is produced after the special formula, created in 1821 by Girolamo Luxardo. Distilled from Marasca cherries which are from the Luxardo orchards, matured over long time in finish ash wood barrels and filled with the help of ultra-modern techniques.
