| Characteristics: | This gin is from the wilderness of the island of Jura and is produced by three ladies - Claire Fletscher, Georgina Kitching and Alicia MacInnes - in Ardlussa in the north of the island in a copper pot still. All eight botanicals are grown or collected locally. Only the juniper is the ingredient bought in addition. One has already planted also juniper bushes. The first harvest of one's own is planned in 2022. The following botanicals are used: Lemon thyme, marsh myrtle, coriander, rose flowers, lime-blossoms, elderflowers, honeysuckle, iris root and juniper. |
| Special: | Produced in handcrafted batches of respectively approx. 400 bottles which are numbered one by one. A tartan ribbon of the Islay Woolen Mill decorates the neck of a bottle. |
