The egg gold
Sometimes small golden points or a golden bow can be discovered in the advocaat. It is called egg gold lovingly. This can appear occasionally since no additives are used. By shaking briefly the egg gold can be spread again without problems.
The alcohol strength
This advocaat has a little higher alcohol amount (20% ABV) than the advocaat of other manufacturers. On the one hand one can bake more flavourful, on the other hand the advocaat does not need a minimum durability date MDD.
