The best grapes of the region are used for the production of Lillet Rosé. The composition from 80% Sémillon, 15% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Merlot is then refined with select orange liqueurs. The fruits are from Spain and Haiti, they are macerated coldly and rounded off with a secret mixture of a red fruit liqueur. All used liqueurs are produced by the vintner even in Podensac. To the ready product is given a knife point of quinine following the recipe example of the brothers Lillet to this day.
