Characteristics: Flavours of great complexity, very concentrated. Mineral depth. A mixture which is wonderful, lively and flattering the tongue with rare Rancio- taste. (Rancio: Bouquet and taste of a Cognac after long oxidation of the grease substances).
Colour: Rare red gold
Flavour: A surprising flavour pallet with an impression of ripe sauterne wines, mineral and always very fresh.
Taste: An almost impressionistic harmony. Wedding of fruit, flowers and spice. Notes of red fruits, camomile flowers and lemongrass.
Finish: Impressively long departure.

This pure year cognac is without addition or pigments. The barrel storage is carried out in extra fine porous oak which is not toasted. No cold filtration.
