Growing area: Sierras de Málaga
Category: White wine
Classification: DO
Producer: Bodegas Victoria Ordóñez

Description: The wine shows itself clear and shiny in a bright white gold with silverly reflexes in the glass. The wine blinks of the glass flowerily aromatic, pure with the gossameryness of a muscatel. Fragrant notes of elderflowers, combava leaves and white currants interpret at immense freshness and juiciness and press to the first drink. Fruit loaded the mountain wine appears at the palate, makes the three-point turn by pirouette presently to a slim, straight precision. Delicate and fine, instead of striking and extract strong; accentuated with a thrilling acid nerve.
Alcohol: 13.0%
Drinking temperature: 11 °C
Drink recommendation: Bread salad with dried tomatoes, rucula rungs and burrata; Pickled salmon with herb sour cream and carrot rösti; Calf's sweetbread with lemon foam, parsnip purée and ham crumble.

Tasting note and dish recommendations by Peter Müller.
