The round, firm and juicy fruits which award the smell of the Chinese spring to Kwai Feh are reaped in China from March until June.
The Liqueur owes its name to a real event from the Chinese story: The emperor Ming from the Tang - Dynasty spoiled "Kwai Feh" (which means "appreciated concubine") with fresh Lychee fruits. And so he won her heart.
