| Flavour: | Rich flavour of sherry with creamy caramel and butter toffee. Slight note of chocolate with a fruity character. The complex and multilayered fruit note remind of mango and overripe citrus fruits, these complete with a green apple. |

This Kavalan Solist Fino Sherry Cask Whisky was honoured as World whisky of The Year and awarded to 97 of 100 points in Jim Murray´s "Whisky Bible" in 2012.
For Kavalan the excellent spring water from the region is used exclusively. Yilan is noted far beyond the limits of Taiwan for its numerous natural sources. With its soft and sweetish taste the water contributes to the fruity character of the whisky.
