Chalky loam weathering floors.

Producer Tommasi Viticoltori
The 40 hectares family estate, whose history goes back far into the past,  was led by Dario Tommasi for a long time. His brothers Sergio, Ezio and Franco were respectively responsible for the cultivation, cellar and sales. The next generation grows up today. The white wines are fermented at controlled temperature in high-grade steel in the cellar fitted out ultra-modernly, and bottled soon so that their fruity freshness remains unchanged.
