| Finish: | In turn fruity and creamy with wild honey, fig and stewed fruit rounded off with a piquant note of pink pepper. |

One was concerned about an excellent wood management at Hyde as usual. Hand-graded barrels of a Bodega in Jerez were used. The sherry barrel influence is correspondingly luxuriant.
