For the production of Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum Solera 5 three high-quality rum types with an age of 1, 4 and 5 years were selected carefully and balanced with each other perfectly. The barrels were changed repeatedly within the 4-year maturity period to achieve a structured and unique taste profile.
