| Characteristics: | Produced from hand picked, seasonal and fresh herbs from the Wicklow Mountains. Altogether 25 different botanicals are used among others elderflowers, raspberries, roses and also typically Irish herbs like orris root and yarrow. These are distilled freshly (not dried as usually) and filled in small batches with less than 250 litres per batch. |
| Taste: | At first cool and gentle, a sunlit wood glade then opens up. Fresh notes of juniper, summer flowers, citrus and grass cut freshly. |
