| Characteristics: | Actually Genepi is a general name for special aromatic alpine plants. It is a tradition to reap these in August and to macerate them into alcohol. Everybody has his own "secret" recipe for Génépi. Just as also the chartreuse monks. By the maceration and the distillation process the flavours develop to an enormous aromatic bouquet. |
