| Characteristics: | Delicate liqueur produced in the macerating method fromselect black currants which are cultivated in the region Dijon. The intensive fruit essence and the velvet-soft consistency is reached by the special processing method in the House of Boudier. Only the extract from black currants macerated into alcohol without addition of pigments or preservatives and a low sugar addition give the liqueur its dark violet colour and the balanced flavour. |
