The winery and spirits manufactory Heinr. von Have became founded in 1868 and is the oldest family led winery and spirits manufactory of Hamburg today. Since five generations the family von Have deals with the import and the care of classic Bordeaux wine and has won an excellent reputation with that.
After the vinification and a first development in Bordeaux the still youthful wine reaches Hamburg for the further storage and care in barrels. Here the hand-picked claret is stored according to a traditional way in Bordelaiser Oxthoften where it develops its character into the full barrel maturity under a careful and informed support. Feeling and experience determine the time of the bottle filling.
