An uncomplicated Cuvée from Colombard and a little Chardonnay from the region Languedoc. This juicy dry white was cultivated on vineyard locations nearby the Bassins de Thau, a great lagoon in the heart of the Languedoc, famous by the oysters and mussels available in abundance.
Immediately after picking at optimum maturity the grapes are pressed and undergo cold fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is blocked in order to preserve the acidity in the wine.
