The grapes grow under excellent climatic conditions on the shore of the saltwater pool Étang de Thau in the municipality of Pinet only few steps remotely from the sea. The wind close to the sea and the gentle, balanced climate are ideal prerequisites for completely healthy and therefore specially aromatic grapes.
