Growing area: Southwest France
Category: Rosé wine
Classification: IGP
Producer: Lionel Osmin et Cie / Domaine de Bachen, Familie Guérard
Grape variety: 65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet-Franc
Description: Pale salmon colour. Flavours after little red fruits, gentle apricot and the complexity of the rose let themselves be seen in the complex nose, highlighted with an easy citrus note. The gentle beginning gives way to an explosion of flavours in the mouth, supported by a beautiful structure at the same time warm and racy. Long lasting and complex finish with a very oceanic freshness.

Drink recommendation: Complements perfectly the legendary dishes of the gastronomic master chefs, such as salade folle, rustic terrine with onion relish, a refreshing tomato soup, ceviche of fresh sea bass with mango, lobster pêcheurs de lune or confit byaldi, but can also enhance summer picnics, grilled meats and simple summer salads as well as being enjoyed as an aperitif with friends.

Allergens: Sulphites
