|Article:||2017 La Grange Rondeur Appassimento Pays D'OC|
|Growing area:||South of France, Languedoc, Gabian|
|Grape variety:||Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre|
|Description:||Dark red with brick-red reflexes in the glass. Seductive and easily mysterious bouquet with notes after dark fruits, primarily black currants in a blend with raisins minced freshly as well as a breath of rosemary and thyme in the background. The pepper seasoning of the Syrah is then effective quite fine also in the background as well as a fine note of the skilful barrique maturity: Vanilla, a little tobacco and milk chocolate. The combination from fruit, discreet sweetness and seasoning continues playfully and impressively at the palate. The soft and fine tannin awards backbone to the wine and captures the wasteful wealth of a dark fruit. Plum, raspberry, blueberry, all wraped with the seasoning of the Garrigue. Here the vineyard site potential of old shoots simply lets itself be seen on La Grange.|
|Residual sugar:||17 g/l|
|Drink recommendation:||As a companion to a selection of cheeses, all grilled or typically south French assorted sausages.|
Matured in barrique.
