Description: Brilliant ruby red. This marvellous Cuvée of the Appellation Graves is impressive because of the very full and expressive bouquet. The maturity in new oak barrels gives the wine refinement and incomparable roasting and vanilla notes. It is very elegant, supple and refinement rich in the mouth. The gentle finish leaves soft flavours of fully ripe grapes, sour cherries and candied fruits at the palate.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Drink recommendation: To roast veal, poultry breast into butter sauce, roast duck or cheese.
