Description: He pale yellow shiningly increases with flavours of ripe apples and yellow fruits into the nose accompanied subtly by dried fruits and lime. Meltingly and with the elegance of the maturity - a first-class Riesling does not have always to be "young and crisp tangy"!

Wonderfully with firmer fish food or pasta dishes with bright sauce, for example noodles with white truffle foam.

1810 set up Nicolas Schlumberger in the Alsatian Guebwiller, purchased a spot of country and started to cultivate the first shoots. Seven generations later, the wine-growing estate extends for 130 hectares.
