The Domaine de la Foliette has 32 hectares vineyards in the heart of the sunny Muscadet region between the peacefully flowing Loire tributaryies Sèvre and Maine in the Armor-Massif. Their Clos de la Fontaine belongs to the best positions of the winegrower duo Denis Brosseau and Eric Vincent. The permeable bottom of this land consists of slate to a high share and is fitted with shoots which are more than 50 years old. The grapes are read by hand and selected strictly in the perfect maturity stage. The wine was matured in stainless steel tanks using the Sur Lie method.
