Cultivable area Loir:
Loire valley which was declared the Unesco World Cultural Heritage, is the ideal region to discover different "terroirs". The wine-growing area is marked by the different grounds, surface characteristics and orientations. The different terroir comes to the expression in the variety of the wines even if the same types of vine are used.
The cultivable area Sancerre is due to the flanks of a charming hilly country at the middle reaches of the Loire nearby the town of the same name.

The noble type of vine Pinot Noir which produces powerful and nevertheless dainty wines is resident in the Burgundy and the Champagne. Pinot Noir is blended very seldom outside the Champagne. Pinot Noir celebrates successes in other regions meanwhile, too.
Domaine Bailey Reverdy:
Franck Bailly represents the new generation of the respected estate Bailly-Reverdy. The hand harvest, the renunciation of selected yeast and the only low treatment let arise wines of full character. The wines are fermented at controlled temperature in the tank and to get the fresh fruit taste, the white wines and the rosé wines are bottled early.
