Franck Bailly represents the new generation of the respected estate Bailly-Reverdy. The hand harvest, the renunciation of selected yeast and the only low treatment let arise wines of full character. The wines are fermented at controlled temperature in the tank and to get the fresh fruit taste, the white wines and the rosé wines are bottled early.
