Cultivable area Loir:

The wine-growing area is marked by the different grounds, surface characteristics and orientations. The different terroir comes to the expression in the variety of the wines even if the same types of vine are used.
The cultivable area Sancerre is due to the flanks of a charming hilly country at the middle reaches of the Loire nearby the town of the same name.
