Description: Magenta, dark colour. At the palate rich fruit, paired with notes of vanilla which give the wine a round structure.

Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 °C The wine should be opened approx. half an hour before consumption.
Drink recommendation: With red meat, sauces, grilled or cheese.

The château bears the name of his first owner in the XIII century and is managed successfully after some years of being left unexploited again already for 40 years. Dordogne shoots are cultivated on about 50 hectares south of the river today.

Vinification:
The average age of the vines amounts is about 40 years. The shoots stand on loam and chalky grounds. After the harvest the wines are vinified at controlled fermentation and after that refined in cement tanks and oak barrels.
