Etter Kirsch Vintage is produced of small, black, aromatic cherries, using a special production process. The Kirsch is carefully stored in 50 liter demijohns in a specially designed room which allows considerable seasonal temperature fluctuations. It is a result of this laying that the vintage Kirsch obtains its excellent taste. This bottle of 70 cl Vintage Kirsch was distilled from 11 kg cherries.
