The Dictador Solera 12 Years Ultra Premium Reserve Rum whose base is fermented cane sugar honey is distilled in a copper distillation and steel flask and matures in old oak barrels in the Solera system which awards its balanced, ripe but composed body to it.
Recipe suggestion
Don Julio Daiquiri:
50 ml Dictador Rum 12 years
25 ml of freshly pressed lime juice
20 ml of a brown sugar syrup
Give all ingredients into the shaker and shake well. Garnish the edge of a cocktail glass with Colombian coffee and white sugar. You then strain the mixture into the chilled glass twice.
