A Rosé Cuvée from the best red wine sections of land, the terroir is from terrace gravel, gravel to limestone. After storing the grapes in the fermenter a part of the released fruit juice is withdrawn over big sieves. A completely natural concentration of the remaining reading good is caused with that, a "Pink Rosé" without any pressing is won.  

Harvest of ripe and healthy grapes, stored in the red wine - fermenter with following  juice subtraction (Saigner = bleeding) of approx. 20%, after this without interventionsfrom outside (fining or the like) controlled fermentation in  the steel tank.
